Philip YoungPhilip Young has over 25 years of corporate and operational experience as a senior Human Resource Manager, working extensively in the mining and mineral processing industries and closely with the associated service industries. His knowledge and skills have been continuously upgraded through continuous exposure to regular leading edge international business processes and systems that can assist organisations to achieve a competitive advantage. He has a unique background in Organisational Effectiveness issues and specialises in Performance Management, Talent Management/Succession Planning, H.R. metrics, Team Structures, Organisation Design, Change Management and Employee/Industrial Relations issues that enables an organisation to obtain the best value out of its Human Capital. He has been engaged in consulting activities for a variety of organisations in both the private and public sector. Philip who is qualified in HR Management and a nationally accredited trainer and assessor is also accredited in a range of individual and team profiling instruments.
Don Retallack

Don Retallack is well known and highly respected with over 30 years experience as a senior Human Relations Executive in the mining and mineral processing industries. His leading edge strengths include: Strategic Thinking and Planning, Industrial Relations, Organisational Design, Change Management, Organisational Development, Career/Succession Planning, Performance Management and Employee Relations. Don, who is a multiple tertiary graduate and a registered Psychologist, is experienced in designing and implementing innovative strategies to maximise the potential of organisations. He has been engaged in consulting activities for a variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors, involving cultural development, strategic planning, establishing HR processes and practices, dispute resolution and organisational change for productivity and employee development.

Lisa Reed has accumulated 15 years of commercial experience with a broad range of organisations across the corporate, small business, government and non-profit sectors. Lisa holds a B.Comm, is a CPA, an Institute of Internal Audit member, and has an MBA through Notre Dame with an International Business focus. Prior to moving into consulting six years ago, Lisa operated at a senior management level in the resources sector with responsibility for multi-million dollar spends. Lisa analyses the finance, procurement, risk & governance functions of a business entity, develops strategies and works with clients in order to manage change and improve top line (sales) and bottom line (profit) performance. Lisa's commercial skill set encompasses top level strategy formulation through to tactical skills such as budgeting & forecasting, cost analysis, capital vs. expense delineation, buy vs. lease analysis, pre-project evaluation and post-project verification, financial statement & ratio analysis, management report development, goods & services purchases and contract tendering, contract renegotiation & performance management, application of tax & legal implications, stores management including union interfaces, assessing risk and developing internal control systems to mitigate risk. Other than being able to provide a refined commercial perspective on business, Lisa is a people person and has a particular interest in developing leaders and key people resources within an organisation. Clients include Alcoa, Iluka Resources and Foster's Group and a select number of small businesses, most with turnovers in excess of a million across a range of industry sectors.

Bruce Strickland has accumulated over 30 years of  People Management and Commercial Management experience with a range of organisations across the corporate, small business and government sectors. He has a strong background in working with people and has been engaged in consulting activities to both the private sector and government departments/authorities, working extensively in the hospitality and associated financial service industries. He has held positions as a past Divisional President of the Australian Hotels Association of Western Australia.

Bruce is a people person and has a particular interest in developing people and improving businesses. His business skill set encompasses strategy formulation through to tactical skills such as staffing & recruitment, training & development, budgeting & forecasting, cost analysis, lease analysis, financial statements, management reporting, contract renegotiation, performance management, stock control, union interfaces, risk assessment, developing internal control systems to mitigate risk, standard operating procedure implementation and hospitality recovery issues.

Bruce who is well known and highly respected in the hospitality industry is able to provide an independent service for operational, contractual and crisis management demands. Clients include Ernst & Young, Pitcher Partners, Elderslie Finance and a select number of small businesses across a range of industry sectors in addition to consulting to Federal, State and Local Government on hospitality issues.

Camilla MilburnCamilla Milburn is a highly qualified educator with some 15 years experience in both the Government and Private Sector. She was born and raised in Hobart and was educated at St Mary’s College before moving interstate for her university education. Camilla is experienced in leading successful teams, developing personnel and designing and implementing innovative strategies to maximise the potential of people within organisations. She has organised and coordinated specialist training courses for National corporate clients (Tennix, Budget, Flight Centre, etc) as well as State and Federal Government clients (WA Tourist Commission, NT Alcohol Rehabilitation Foundation, Health Insurance Commission, etc) and sporting teams, such as the West Coast Eagles. Camilla has a Bachelor of Physical Education (University of Tasmania), Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Edith Cowan University, WA) and is currently completing her MBA with a focus upon Leadership and Organisational Change.

Gordon Brockway is a Consultant and Executive Coach and is highly regarded for his conceptual skills and strategic approach. Over his 30 plus year career he has extensive experience in organisation development, organisation reviews, performance and competency frameworks, learning and development, coaching, change management, leadership and performance management.  This experience has come from working within organisations as an internal manager and consultant as well as working as an external consultant. He is passionate about helping organisations improve their performance through their people and holds a Bachelors degree in Economics, a Diploma in Professional Coaching and has undertaken post graduate studies in Organisational Development and Industrial Relations. Gordon has accreditations in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, The Integral 360 degree instruments and the Human Synergistics LSI. Organisations Gordon has consulted to or been employed by include, Alcoa, Asgard Wealth Solutions/StGeorge Bank, , Beltreco, BHP Coal, Challenge Bank, Department of Agricutlure and Food (WA), Department of Housing, HBF, Landcorp, Tiwest & Westpac. 
 

Bill TaskerBill Tasker has over 30 years experience in Human Resource management and Industrial Relations with major Australian companies, including mining giant CRA (now Rio), Goldsworthy Mining and for the last 19 years in Outplacement during which he has had a close association with government agencies and/or departments. He is a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Management. Bill introduced Outplacement Consulting to the Perth market in 1986 when he was Director of HR with KPMG. His exposure to redundancy in industry gives him a sound appreciation of the corporate and personnel problems associated with structural changes in the business world. Bill is acknowledged to be one of the most experienced and highly trained outplacement consultants in Western Australia.
